"Clean and practical. Really only negative feedback is that the hotel lacks character - totally monochrome and the doors are tricky to open - very difficult to grip when your hands are cold. There's a construction site next door, however no noise whatsoever and room was neat and I liked the kitchenette, handy to have plates, glasses, cups, kettle and a coffee machine. Everything you need!"

"Clean and very comfortable hotel. All staff courteous and helpful. Good choice for breakfast (continental) with plenty for everyone. Location excellent for U Bahn, literally 100 yards away. There is a direct S Bahn from the airport to Frankfurter Allee (the S85). Plenty other options also. I will be back in Berlin in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again. And to top it all, the hotel itself is situated on the roof of a small shopping center. Brilliant."

"Horrible customer service. When I got to the hotel, there was no way I could check in. They claimed to have sent me an email but I did not receive anything. The link that was put up required a booking id proprietary to the hotel - if we can call it that - which had not been provided to me. I had to call and lost 45 mins with checkin The room was big but messy, the cuttlery and plates were on the floor. I had left my luggage upon checkout in the luggage room. At 1830 I could no longer upon the door with my code, prompting another 30 mins with their telephone support. The whatsapp support is a joke Worst of all, I left my iO toothbrush and expensive perfume in the room. I wrote them 5 times as they simply must have found it. Even when I get pass the AI bot, they always promise me to enquire and get back to me, which they never do. If you then contact them again you have to explain everything again only leading to the same result. Shameful"

"Excellent stay, the room was spotless, I really loved the combination of colours, had excellent sleep and, to my surprise , the bathroom offered both a bath tub and a shower, all the amenities , mini bar provided; Even though the hotel seemed to be pretty populated plus other events taking place (conferences etc ) there was a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere throuoght the hotel and the vast elegant lobby ; For the smokers : there is also an indoor smoking area called " Smoker s Lounge " Didn t try the breakfast but I m sure it was all good standard. Moreover, tram and train just steps away from the hotel plus pharmacies and a Rewe for different groceries, a petrol station just around the corner and even a Burger King for whoever fancies it. Seamless check in experience, same for check out, personnel very nice and welcoming will definitely stay again, as a matter of fact, I already know when I m coming back :) "
