We offer you a cosy holiday home with 120 square metres of living space and a garden of approximately 200 square metres.<br>Our holiday home features a modern bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. Towels and a hair dryer are provided for your use. An additional, newly renovated guest bathroom is located on the ground floor. <br>There are two bedrooms available on the upper floor. The first bedroom, with a view of the horse paddocks and the chicken coop, is furnished with a white wooden double bed (180x200 cm) and a white wooden single bed (90x200 cm), both equipped with high-quality mattresses. The second bedroom features a double bed (box spring, 180x200 cm). This room has a balcony overlooking the courtyard.<br><br>The living room on the ground floor, with a view of the garden and access to the terrace, offers our guests a lovely place to relax. The room is furnished with a couch, an armchair, a smart TV, and an additional pull-out couch (160x200 cm) that provides sleeping space for two more people. The centrepiece of the living room is the 20-year-old tiled stove.<br><br>The newly installed, modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, induction stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils. <br><br>The garden, which we have lovingly landscaped, invites our guests to unwind, barbecue (in the summer), and simply enjoy themselves. From the furnished patio, you can harvest fresh herbs and, depending on the season, enjoy fresh fruit from the garden, such as gooseberries, raspberries, currants, and apples. Feel free to use the lounge chairs to treat yourself to a moment of peace and quiet. To ensure our younger guests can enjoy the garden too, there’s a sandpit available. In addition, our two rabbits, located in a fenced-in area of the garden, look forward to fresh carrots, apples, or lettuce from our guests every day. A kettle grill is available for the grilling season. <br><br>TV, Wi-Fi, and the parking space at the house are free of charge.<br><br>For the safety of our animals and for hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.<br>Smoking is not permitted inside the house. An ashtray is provided on the table on the terrace for smokers.
