"Nicely renovated queen room we stayed in with laminate flooring. Perfect temperature for air conditioning and great bathroom exhaust fan...doesn't leave you overheated after a shower. Hot breakfast was fantastic, scrambled eggs, hashbrown potatoes and sausage patties plus lots of other options. Easy parking...3 1/2 block walk to skytrain station on Royal Oak. Perfect for concerts...we have stayed here twice now for that reason. Beds are comfy. Def recommend staying here. "
"The room was great for the price. I will say we had the room closest to the exit and our front door was not leveled so anytime someone was walking by it was very loud. Overall great stay and good spot"

"We totally enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood and this allowed us to see lots of Vancouver when we went into the city. Our host was attentive. The beds were super comfortable.Family lives above but this was not a prob for us. Enjoyed our time here."
