"Staff are superb at the hotel. Fairly standard holiday inn of this age- dated in places but not terrible and clean and tidy. Good location next to motoway and on edge of Stoke city too"

"The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps."

"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "
