Hobbit Hollow Red River Gorge

  • Nestled in a hill, surrounded by woodland, Hobbit Hollow is a one-of-a-kind getaway. The interior is beautifully crafted, comfortable and cosy. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place.

    15 minutes away from Red River Gorge, this location offers access to rock-climbing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, and the unforgettable beauty of the Gorge. Hobbit Hollow is only a 5 minute drive from the town of Stanton.

    All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is required when there is snow/ice.
    The space
    Hobbit Hollow’s entire property and hot tub is solely for guest use.

    Check in and check out is not formal. Code entry.

    Other things to note
    Please note that the hill up to the Hobbit House is now paved. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is now only required in the winter with ice and snow. The road into hobbit is gravel. Take the road slow and steady until you see Elderberry cabin, and then you will see the paved road up the hill that leads to hobbit hollow.

    Dogs are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of $30 per stay for your dogs that you bring with you. (2 maximum). We do not have any dog restrictions on breed or size.
