"Hotel location is really nice by the sea. There appears to be enough parking. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms don't have A/C which is massive downside. Swimming pool is quite small but sauna, steam room and jacuzzi is nice. Restaurant offers nice food with gluten free options too."

"The house was almost perfect for our three generational family of 12. Lots of both indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. We particularly liked the large lounge/kitchen/diner. Two large gardens with a trampoline and swings for the little ones and space to play badminton and football. I say almost perfect because there were only three bathrooms. As one was en-suite that meant two bathrooms for ten guests. The showers were good except for the one in the en-suite which wasn't a proper shower, just a shower head over the bath. I would like to make a suggestion that a stair rail should be provided. Housekeeping issues: 1. Not enough toilet rolls. 2. No dishwasher or washing detergent provided. 3. The sheet on the king size bed in the en-suite room was too small and wouldn't stay put."

"Room was clean, everything there we needed. Easy access being on ground floor. Staff were very helpful. Meals in restaurant and bar were excellent. We didn't have breakfasts. Sadly, we thought they were included. Our fault, we didn't read the description properly."

"Grace Cottage is a lovely place to stay in a gorgeous waterside location. It could not have been better placed. We loved the sunny front terrace overlooking the Slipper pond. A perfect suit for an early morning mug of tea or a sunset drink. Overall the cottage and facilities were well sorted and comfortable. We appreciated the private parking, the BBQ and the well equipped kitchen, although we were surprised there was no cafetiere or coffee machine. The beds and pillows were less comfortable than we would have expected for a cottage of this quality. Given the exceedingly hot weather we took the precaution of bringing our own fans, it would've been helpful if these had been provided."

"Pleasant cottage overlooking the tidal mill pond at Emsworth, frontage faces setting sun. Kitchen appliances and utensils excellent. Bathroom shower a bit Heath-Robinson, could be.improved. Garden path up to parking space needs cutting back to avoid the thorns. Emsworth is ideal venue for hostelries and restaurants- plenty of choice for both. Enjoyable stay."

"Very nice location and perfect for a short stay. Minor criticism the settee is very uncomfortable and one of the beds, the one without en-suite needs sorting as you roll into middle. Luckily I was not sleeping in it"
