Clean and well presented. Loved the chairs in the window overlooking the water. Penguins in abundance after 10pm. Sunset was glorious. Everything is in walking distance.

Couple's Annual Retreat

Beautiful cottage on the beach and very clean and tidy. Had everything we could need for our couple of nights stay and lovely surrounding area to discover. Will stay again for sure.

We loved The Retreat. Looked to be recently renovated and was well equipped with an amazing view. Has it's own garden and courtyard with a parking space next to it. Would highly recommend.

Accommodation was clean. Check-in process is away from the accommodation, but easy enough to work out. The room was fairly dated (listed as boutique) and the window located in a strange position (with a blind that would not stay up for ocean viewing).

A nice waterfront location, with a good view across to the bay. Very Pleasant. Being in the hub of the fishing area it was a little noisy on occasions, but not at all unbearable. Lovely town and surrounds, great fish and chips across the road, very short walk! Only downside was no hot water on one night, but all good the following morning.

Ouiet, clean room with window overlooking the Bay & Beach. Staff were very helpful when asked to provide a toaster in the room. Recommend staying here for a relaxing stay and base for day trips in the area.

Property was very nice. It had a fridge and knife/forks cups etc but no microwave, which was strange . Yes we would stay again as the proximity to the town was walking distance and the accommodation had a great view over the bay .

We had a waterfront view from our accommodation. Walking distance to the main shopping strip and restaurants. Very clean room which was serviced daily.

Great location. Quiet but convenient. Walkable to and from town centre. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. When we realised we had booked an upstairs apartment by mistake and asked for a change to ground floor it was immediately granted without fuss.

A basic motel room with some basic amenities. The view made up for what the place lacked. There was a dead fly on the table under the TV when we arrived. There was no dishwashing liquid or bowls available for use. The pillows were very average. Noise could also be heard from neighbouring rooms. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was great.
