There was a water outage for two and a half days - we understand there should have been compensation due - mention of this has been made to the host, an acknowledgement but nothing else so far"

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."
