"Nice quiet hotel although I arrived at 19.00 on a Friday night to gind that the kitchen was closed."

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"Nice hotel in convenient location for local villages and A55. Bar and restaurant area have been refurbished to a high standard, with good food and drink offer. Staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms are in the process of being updated, ours (no 8) was clean with a lovely view. Fridge in room, also which was helpful. Plenty of off road parking. I'd recommend for a short stay. "

"Unfortunately the snow dampened our experience as we didn’t want to get out and about in it but the owners were so lovely and the place was beautiful and clean and easy to get to. Will recommend it."

"With 14 members of our extended family the large square dining table made meal times very user friendly. There were enough bedrooms to allow sleeping arrangements to suit all. There was a water outage for two and a half days - we understand there should have been compensation due - mention of this has been made to the host, an acknowledgement but nothing else so far"

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."

"We had an amazing week at Stable Cottage; our party consisted of two teenagers, my elderly father and our small family dog and we all enjoyed our stay.The ground floor bedroom meant the cottage was so accessible for my father and the teenagers loved the upstairs twin room.The cottage was spotless and provided everything we needed for our stay.Set in beautiful surroundings for walks with our dog and a central location for our favourite places to visit; Colwyn Bay, Rhos on Sea and Llandudno.We finished off our stay with a wonderful visit to St Winifred's Well only 8 minutes drive from the cottage, well worth a visit, a very special place.Would definitely stay again."
