"The shower pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated, which wasn’t very comfortable. The towels looked clean but didn’t smell particularly fresh. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. I felt cold even with it set to 25°C. There was no robe provided, and the fridge only contained water (no minibar or snacks). On the plus side, the bar was good and breakfast was very nice."

"This is a beautiful hotel and the best place to stay if attending the Aviva stadium. A great variation of dining options from bar food to á la carte - reasonably priced too. It laid on special additional services for the 6 Nations Rugby, BBQ, buffet, outside beer tent, and an outstanding male choir on match day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. On site parking is an absolute bonus when staying central. With the Dart stop on its doorstep and the beautiful "village" of Sandymount a short walk, the Sandymount Hotel is an excellent base for exploring the whole city."
