"My staying was horrible, the hotel is in construction and they did not inform us. The room was nasty with the “ new upgrades” damaged. The walls are paper thin so don’t go with minors!. The next door guest hold a party until 3 am and did not consider others. The amount of noise in the hallway was insane. I have to early check out and move to another hotel. Not recommended at all. "

"The staff is very good. I spent my bday weekend and had a good time. Shout out to bob whe came and added a little humor while we were having breakfast. The breakfast is really good too. Great property. This will be my place to stay in Jacksonville"

"The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot."
