"1. TV did not work. Called the service number. No one came or called back. 2. Towels smell horrible and should be thrown away. We had to buy towels.3. No blankets for the bunk beds. We had to buy blankets.4. Instructions noted to place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. There were rusty dirty utensils in the dishwasher and no detergent in the house.5. Instructions noted to place towels in the washer. The washer had metal "washers" in the bottom of it. We were scared it was broken. There was no laundry detergent.6. The neighborhood was unsafe. People walking past our house yelling late at night. Very uncomfortable for me and my family.7. Owner was MIA. Some service company answered, but did absolutely nothing to help."

"The house was nice, well kept, and clean. We had a mechanical issue with the refrigerator, and it was taken care of promptly by the host. Communication with the host was great. Replies were quick and all the information we needed for our stay was provided before arrival. I would stay there again."

"We had a tree fall through our house and desperately needed somewhere to stay while moving our things out and into a new place. Tania was amazing every step of the way. After a hiccup at check in (which was no fault of her own) she bought us groceries for the inconvenience. She was so kind, the property had everything we needed, and it’s an adorable house. "Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM and 6 AM for most all the nights we stayed"
