On a two night stay, I had an issue with the shower head not operating properly. Reported it to the front desk after the first night, but no action was taken to repair it while I was on the property, and I had no communication from staff as to status. Otherwise, the room and hotel were in good shape and comfortable.

Interior Dining Courtyard - neat non-typical stay!

Great one night stay. Hotel was a little close to the interstate for my preference, but was surprised how the noise wasn't a nuisance. Staff and breakfast and spacious clean room plus the neat layout of the hotel with the interior dining courtyard was a nice treat. Would def stay here again.

Good stay

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. This was a single night stay midway through a 2 day drive. So, we didn't stay long, but everything was nice and the surrounding area was safe.

It was a nice place to stay, the breakfast was awesome. The only issue I had was that when someone showed up at the room next door and they kept letting their door slam, I was asleep and it woke me up, it happened about 3 times, kind of scared me at first, I didn't know what was going on. Oh and another issue was we only had one roll of toilet paper, luckily we didn't need another one, and the kleenex was low also, I use a lot after I shower. thanks,

The staff were fantastic - polite, very helpful, professional, etc - perfect. The hotel is located in a very busy area, but it seems safe. The room was clean, but there were some details that could have made it better - hence a four star clean rather than a five star clean.

Ever been to a hibachi restaurant that has been around for ages and when you walk on the floor in flip flops you gotta curl your toes or the shoes will stick from the grease? Kinda like a drag strip at the start line. This is what the carpet in our room was like. Just nasty and sticky. But bed was great. Some traffic noise. Staff was super nice. Ill pick a different place next time.

There was a stain on my pillow and only 2 towels for 2 people staying 2 nights. I did bring these issues to the reception and they apologized and did a complete new set up and cleaning of the room the next morning and left 6 new towels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I travel often for work and stay in alot of Holiday Inn Express hotels and many other brands. This did not feel like a normal Express, it was not updated with new furniture and the hotel seems old. The lamps are old with no new plugs and USB chargers. The towels were small and scratchy. The bathroom was old. However, the breakfast was good, the staff friendly, the bed and bedding very nice and comfortable. The only thing that felt like an Express was the Dove products in shower and by the sink. For the higher price, I expected an updated Express type hotel. Again, the staff solved all my problems so I was happy with my stay. It was very quiet, even with full capacity and right by the highway. I did not hear any traffic. I felt very safe.
