Kitchen & Dining
Boasting seating for the whole family (plus more for your guests) in two separate dining areas and a breakfast bar overlooking the modern, stainless-steel kitchen. Caffeine fanatics rejoice as the kitchen features both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig. Prepare your favorite meal on the electric stovetop or cook al fresco on the included outdoor grill.

-Master Suite – Unwind in your king bed overlooking the outdoor lounge and private pool. The attached bath with two sinks and a walk-in shower allows for total relaxation without stepping foot outside of your room.

-Shared hall bath with a shower/tub combo that offers easy pool access.
Outdoor Amenities –
With so many outdoor amenities, you may never leave the house! Numerous lounge chairs surround the private, crystalline pool. Dry off around the firepit under the shade of mature trees. Grill mouthwatering meals outside and then sway the night away in the woven hammock under the stars. The party never ends at this beach paradise.

All our homes are accessible via smart lock, you will receive details prior to check in
Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.
Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.
2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
3) Pool Heating:
Pool heating is $50 per day, for the entire duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before arrival. The pool will be set to heat to a temperature of 85 degrees.
