Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 501 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This cozy 5th floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 501 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans.

No Smoking. One Parking Space. Coin-op laundry on premises. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

Corner rental with view of ocean but restricted view blocking sunset. Great property for the price. Very outdated condo but keep in mind that You get what you pay for. Having cabana and beach chair and umbrellas available for rent were a huge plus! My husband rented a cabana for the week for 200. We had beautiful sunny 85 weather our entire stay. Water was warm and we swam very close to some dolphins. The gulf of AMERICA will always be our go for our beach vacations. Backwater restaurant right across the street is a must! We went 3 times during our stay. If your are into coffee or ice cream their is also a Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street as well… A couple of complaints would be their was zero dish or hand soap in the kitchen, no ventilation in the master bathroom (it got extremely warm in there), Nothing to wipe down/sanitize the kitchen counters with (if so it may have helped with the gnats), the lights were constantly flickering, the kitchen trash can is very small and dirty, the carpets were not vacuumed before our stay, two trash cans had small amount of trash in them when we arrived, dirty box fan, baseboards dusty… Lastly, Make sure no one in unit flushes either toilet while you’re in the shower. Results in shower water turning scolding hot!!!

We loved this condo! The location was perfect, and the condo itself was very nice. The only complaint is that the wifi password didn’t work, but that is a minor thing. We would definitely there again!

We enjoyed our time away more than I could ever express here. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The only change I would make is putting a washer/dryer un the unit. Just makes life a bit easier.

Lovely stay

Great walkable area, beautiful beach with lots of provided gear, beautiful pool. This was listed as a bronze rated condo, which meant a bit dated, I guess. We found the furniture was comfortable, tv in all bedrooms, adequate kitchen stuff. A few nice extras like a rain umbrella & it rained for two days, so that was great. Tons of towels and it was super clean. I always clean a bit upon arrival and it was up to my standards. Totally happy. I’d rent this condo again.

The location was absolutely perfect! Beach was gorgeous, lots of great restaurants and fun tiki bar close by. Our condo was ok. It really needs an update. The carpet has several stains. We also felt it needed a good deep cleaning. If that was taken care of we certainly would come back!

We saw dolphins from the balcony, the beach and while we were swimming in the beautiful comfortable clear water. Great views from balcony. Nice quiet area. Disappointed that we could smell that someone was smoking at times while we were trying to enjoy the balcony. We went to the beach each evening for the sunset as the unit is set back with another unit towards the northwest. I also got great sunset pics from the balcony too Since the sunset lasts a long time after it goes down filling the sky with orange red colors. Overall great value for the money. I would definitely stay again . Loved that there were more than plenty of bath towels provided and they have an umbrella, beach chairs and lots of flotation toys too. The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it since we preferred the ocean. I did not want to leave ever! Highly recommend if you like a nice safe quiet beach.

Location great but don't try to check in early or on time

The location and views are fantastic, the room is a little dated and the Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent. The owner should look for a different management company. I would have given the condo a better rating however when our flight was changed and we landed much earlier than expected we were told are the management company they were going to do the best they could to get us in our room sooner. Not only did that not happen but our room wasn't even ready at 4:20 and I was given four to five different excuses as to why our room wasn't ready at 4:00 o'clock when we pre checked in at 9.
