Sammy's Seaside is a quaint place with a nautical theme located six blocks from downtown Dunedin, four blocks from the Pinellas Trail and about twenty-five minutes from Clearwater beach. It is located at the corner of Lyndhurst Street and Milwaukee Avenue.
The physical address is 560 Lyndhurst Street, Dunedin, Florida 34698. Sammy's Seaside is surrounded by a 6' vinyl privacy fence and professionally landscaped. There is a private entertainment area inclusive of patio furniture, bar-b-que grill, tables and umbrellas, and lounges for sunning. Access to this area is out the back door or front door and through the fence gate. There is plenty of free off-street parking, and even additional room for your boat, golf cart or jet ski.
With a lease, you have access to the "Friends and Family" discounts at the Fenway "Marriott Bonvoy" Hotel just a few blocks west at the water's edge. At the water's edge you will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets daily.
