Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing a cozy retreat for every guest. The third bedroom includes its own en‑suite bathroom for added privacy. A queen sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space, bringing the total to four beds and comfortably sleeping seven guests.



Outdoor living

The expansive backyard is designed for outdoor enjoyment. A screened‑in pool offers a refreshing escape, while the fire pit creates a perfect spot for evening conversations under the stars. A patio area provides room for morning coffee, casual meals, or simply soaking up the warm weather.



Living spaces

The open living room flows into a family room with ample seating and a flat‑screen TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure. A nearby dining area creates a cozy setting for shared meals, and the well‑equipped kitchen lets you prepare anything from quick breakfasts to elaborate family dinners.



Amenities

High‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected, and a smart lock ensures easy, secure check‑in. The home includes an in‑unit washer and dryer for convenience, as well as air conditioning and heating to maintain comfort year‑round. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles, and the property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

Just minutes from Helen S. Howarth Community Park, the Shoppes at Park Place, and Sawgrass Lake Park, the home offers easy access to shopping, nature, and local attractions. A short drive brings you to Tampa, expanding your options for dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the home.



Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet, residential neighborhood but an area filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more!



We recommend checking out Pinellas Arts Village! This area is an emerging part of the city and continues to evolve through the efforts of a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. There are different free events throughout the year as well!



You can spend time walking around the nature trails (like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park). OR pop into some of Pinellas Park restaurants for a bite to eat -- there are plenty to choose from :) Whether you like Thai, Cajun, or looking for a nice cold beer, you'll definitely be able to find what you're craving!



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
