"The Malmaison is in an old prison, close to the train station and close to areas of interest in Oxford. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, but the lack of a refrigerator was disappointing. (The staff was happy to deliver a bucket of ice upon request.) We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. There were also excellent lunch and dinner options within an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others."

"The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room.
