"We had a lovely stay here for a week. It is situated close to the harbour and local amenities, so is ideal for just being able to pop in and out of town. The only downside, is the apartment comes with a very small parking space. "

"We felt like we were staying in a fairytale home. Our 3 granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed playing with their fairies indoors & out. A little challenging for the grandparents but very worth the experience."

"Lovely cottage. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Amazing views over the harbour from every window. Nice little balcony to sit out on. Private off road parking is a bonus. Really enjoyed my stay here."

"We had a good short stay, however no good for someone who has mobility and transfer issues facilities as stairs are steep and no hand rails to upper floors - not appropriate for older adults. No hairdryer in room. Balcony terrace wonderful if out wet. Instructions for rubbish disposal was confusing however there was an option to leave inside door due to seagulls. We perhaps wouldn't stay again. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. A traditional BandB but completely refurbished. For example really strong water pressure even on top floor. Just perfect. "
"The location is perfect for walking along the SW Coastal path anywhere from Kingswear to Torquay.
The chalet is clean and located close to the car park for unloading. Although the chalet was clean and well situated we found the decor' and furniture to be quite dated and worn compared to other chalets we have used on the same site. It was ok for a short weekend stay but we would book a different chalet for anything longer."
Cosy & homely cottage 1m from Brixham-Tucked away from the hustle and bustle .
10/10 Excellent
"The area for my dog was safe and secure. Autumn Rose cottage is absolutely beautiful, if you need to relax you really couldn't ask for more. There is a vast amount of books to suit all tastes, and many games to suit younger children.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
The bathroom is stunning with a rolled top bath and rainfall shower, however, if you have hip or back problems the bath is extremely difficult to get in and out of due to its depth.
Autumn Rose is clean and comfortable and warm as you are able to control the central heating with the thermostat.
Wendy has put a lot of thought into making her guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Thank you Autumn Rose for a lovely stay x"
Spacious town house with commanding views over all of Torbay.
10/10 Excellent
"The property benefits from a fantastic view across Brixham harbour which bustles all day. I personally loved watching the comings and goings from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine.As has been said on many other reviews, the property is laid out over 4 floors and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have mobility problems it may be challenging to reach upper bedrooms. There are however twin and double bedrooms on the ground floor which should help mitigate the impact of too much climbing. For us it was fine and did not pose too much of a problem. The house is well equipped with all the utensils and kitchen paraphernalia needed for a weeks stay in Brixham. The location is about 750m from the main town but requires you to climb or descend about 150m, not an issue for us but some may find it hard work, particularly after a good dinner or glass of two of the local brews. So much to do in Brixham itself and with the sun out it really is a haven. Thanks to our host Paul who looked after us. Would definitely visit again. "
"Lovely apartment , comfortable bed , shower and bathroom excellent, good cooking facilities . Apartment was spotless with great view across Torbay. Lovely hosts not intrusive but available if needed. Fantastic location and onsite parking a bonus"
"Hello, we stayed on Saturday 6th September.
Room needs a bit of updating, but apart from that an amazing hotel.
The evening meal was just superb, my partner s steak was incredible, and the carrot soup starter is heavenly.
Reasonably priced and great location, and the owners took time to welcome us
Absolutely 10/10"
