"We had no hot water in our room so couldn’t use the bath or shower, the air conditioning unit did not work and the room wasn’t well cleaned. I have to say that after speaking with the staff at the hotel they were very helpful and did offer a refund for the affected night, but we did check out a night early to find a different hotel as the problems weren’t resolved and a new room couldn’t be offered due to it being fully booked. It’s quite run down and was a disappointment, we expected it to be nicer than it was and definitely expected the basic things like hot water to work. It is in a great location, right in the center of everything and good for a night but if you’re looking for something more romantic for say an anniversary then I would probably avoid. It’s a shame as it could be much nicer if it had a bit of TLC."

"This hotel was in a great location (a 10 - 15 minute walk along the beach to the Harbour Arm) and was a delight all round. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a real highlight. "

"Possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! The design is impeccable, every detail is well thought out and looks absolutely beautiful. We had a balcony room which was simply gorgeous, it felt like the best room in town - very spacious, calm, wonderful view. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Truly a perfect stay and would already love to return."
