"Quirky hotel with some original features but overpriced for level of finish in room. Good food well presented but waiting time and co-ordination of service appalling. Waiting staff did not engage with customers and no one person taking overall responsibility for front of house. Judging by the guests staying I’m guessing there is a lot of one-off visitors who will never return and this is reflected in the level of customer care- Shame"

"Lovely stay at the Holiday park, chalet is right by all the amenities and super close to Dover Castle/cliffs. The only feedback would be to provide some extra towels, we were visiting from out of country so didn't have any with us and because there's the pool, only having 1 towel each was a bit difficult to work with. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Lovely quiet location with plenty of accommodation and views over the sea. Beach just a few minutes walk but be aware it is quite a climb back. Access to Pine gardens when closed is a bonus. Coastguard Inn on beach is good place to eat and there are several castles to visit nearby."

"We had a lovely stay at The Cottage! The house is large and spacious, with plenty of room to cater for family groups. It was a huge bonus to have a hot tub, and a play room as well as child-friendly dishes and cutlery. Would definitely recommend!"
