  • This is a beautiful room, located right on Water Street. With easy access to the Pedestrian Mall in the summers, an abundance of restaurants and nightlife within easy walking distance (though not close enough to hear), this is the ideal downtown base for your visit to St. John’s. We are also located right above one of the newest and most exciting restaurants in town- Portage!

St. John's rental

Great stay and location to Downtown St. John's. Easy walk around the City from this location. High end finishes in the apartment. Would definitely rent again when back in the area.

The property was very nice and was well equipped with high end appointments. The lighting in the apartment could have been a bit better but besides that we enjoyed our stay very much. It was located on Water Street in downtown St John's within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants and breweries as well as many other tourist areas.

Beautiful and large centrally located room. Very spacious, king sized comfy bed, stunning bathroom with infloor heat. Walk in shower, soaker tub, and walkable to anything down town. Easy directions to get in. Even better is a fantastic restaurant underneath. Absolutely staying here again.

The room was absolutely stunning—modern, spotless, and very well maintained. I especially loved the bathroom with its large soaker tub, spacious walk-in shower, and bidet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and the heating/air conditioning was easy to use. Check-in was seamless. We received our door access codes by text before arrival, and the host checked in with us several times. I did have a couple of questions about extra pillows and blankets through the booking app but didn’t receive a direct reply. It may have been better to use the phone number provided. Thankfully, the extra pillows and blankets were already in the room. The only aspect I wasn’t particularly fond of was having to walk through a small restaurant to access the rooms. It was a bit inconvenient, but it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. I also chose to use the stairs instead of the elevator. The stairwell could have been cleaner, and there were a few tripping hazards. I assume this is due to the restaurant below and the fact that most guests likely use the elevator, but it would be nice to see the stairs receive a little more attention. There is no on-site parking, but the property has an arrangement with the hotel across the street. Parking was easy, and the $20 fee was very reasonable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. The room was beautiful, clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. I would definitely book this property again!
