A bright and open concept layout with 10-foot ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout the house. The living room is inviting and perfect for entertainment or a relaxing evening with a large sectional and 65 inch smart television which seamlessly flows into the dining area and well stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes concrete countertops, dishwasher, fridge, water dispenser, and center island with bar stools ideal for everyday living and hosting.
Beyond the kitchen, you will find a convenient main floor bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom with direct access to a private and fully fenced backyard. Step outside to enjoy the patio complete with a seasonal barbeque and comfortable sectional seating.
Upstairs features a full main bathroom and three thoughtfully designed bedrooms The spacious 15X12 primary suite features a king sized bed with a new mattress, walk-in closet, ensuite, and scenic view of Signal Hill. The second bedroom offers a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and new mattress, while the third bedroom includes a comfortable double/full bed with a new mattress.
Recently installed mini-split provides efficient air conditioning and heating to maximize your comfort all year round.
On street parking is available with parking permit and additional parking permits can be provided upon request.

Great location. The host was super-responsive (although we had no issues whatsoever). Very clean, the beds and bedding were excellent. Loved the thoughtful little touches, and kitchen had everything, much appreciated!

We loved our stay there. Parking was easy with the supplied permit. The beds were very comfortable. The house was supplied with everything you could need to cook or enjoy. The pictures are very accurate and I would highly recommend this property.
We stayed 3 nights and loved it! We ate in one night, enjoying the backyard living but otherwise enjoyed the local restaurants and pubs. A short drive to Signal, Quidi Vidi and Spearhead. The place was clean, and equipped with everything you need! We will be back!
This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street. Would definitley recommend this place!
Beautiful, comfortable space close enough to walk downtown and within walking and driving distance of so many beautiful sites in Newfoundland and St. John’s area. We had all the amenities of home and our family of five had all the comforts we needed. Easy to access and good parking available. Rob was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again for sure!
Rob's VRBO is stunningly appointed, extremely well stocked with everything you need. It is very clean, has comfortable beds and is nicely situated within walking distance to the downtown core. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the private deck in the afternoon while waiting for our laundry to finish. Parking is right outside the door, because Rob has thoughtfully provided a parking pass. I highky recommend this vrbo
