The convenient location and safe neighbourhood was appreciated. However, this property was not listed as a basement suite which it is. The stove, fridge and tub were all unclean and the carpet in the bedroom was stained badly. The walkway has broken boards making it unsafe especially for nighttime. However, there were motion sensor lights that made this better.

Very clean, well stocked with dishes, towels, wash cloths, etc. Very private basement suite with plenty of room. Great location to get around St John’s city or anywhere in the Avalon Peninsula area.
