"Room was clean and very quite that yiu can rrally relax after a long day tour. The front office manager - Mac was such an awesome guy very cinversationalist and while we were waiting for out ride late night going back to Belgium we stayed in the lobby and he accommodated us. Definitely will recommend this place to stay when in Zurich. "

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a tram stop nearby and close proximity to Grossmünster, as well as plenty of surrounding shops and restaurants.
The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, a laundry bag, and a paper bag in the room. I especially appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."
