We had a wonderful week in Sands Studio . It is an a beautiful location close to shops, beaches and a multitude of restaurants. Very well equipped, much appreciated parking . Lots of added extra touches from the owner including a welcome basket, bath robes, flowers and local recommendations. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely weekend at Samphire Studio. It's perfectly situated - tucked away close to the beach but no more than 5 mins to dining options. The studio is beautifully finished, quiet, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. The fresh eggs, bread, and milk waiting for us arrival were a lovely touch too! Overall a perfect stay for a weekend or longer in St Ives.

Samphire Studio was decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. It had everything that we needed, and more, for our stay. The owners provided a lovely welcome basket and a really informative guest book. The bed was comfy, the shower was gorgeous (waterfall shower plus a separate shower head on a hose), and the living area and kitchen was furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The fact that there is a washing machine for guests to use is fab, and the hosts provided all the basics such as laundry tabs, washing up liquid, soap etc so there was no need to worry about bringing anything like that. The apartment had a warm and homely feel about it and even though we didn't meet our hosts, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. The location of Samphire couldn't be better, and the fact that there is a large driveway just made this place perfect. Can't recommend Samphire Studio highly enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay

Wonderful property with beautiful features making it feel homely and stylish. The bread was most welcome when I arrived and was truely delicious. Very helpful staff as well. Couldn’t recommend enough
