Brilliant location with easy access to the town and coast. Very spacious property with lots of room for dining and sitting around.
There was a funny smell that was noticeable on entry which wasn't great considering the high price we paid.
The hot tub was nice.

Great house in fab location
Lovely spacious house with quality items. The beds were very comfortable and had decent pillows. Master suite very spacious with a great en-suite bathroom with separate bath & shower. Hot tub was a nice addition. Wi-Fi signal good with lots of tv’s in bedrooms. Had a great week’s family holiday. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely House and Great Location
We stayed here as a family of 6 over the October Half term. I often find that photos of holiday rentals don’t live up to the reality, but that’s not the case with Azenor. It’s spacious and very well kept. We had a couple of unavoidable maintenance issues during our stay, but the property owner was incredibly responsive and the issues were resolved really quickly. The owner is super friendly as well and keen to ensure everything is perfect.
We have been holidaying in St Ives for over 30 years. I have never stayed in the same property twice. But I’m hoping that changes now as this house ticks all our boxes! Azenor will definitely be our go-to 1st preference for our future stays in beautiful St Ives.

November stay
The house is lovely, I would say the bedroom situation needs to be clear, as it’s only really suitable for 6 adults. the guild hall is lively at night, it didn’t particularly bother us but i would have been more concerned if had kids in the house

Perfect location and comfortable for families
We were delighted with the accommodations we found during our stay! The unit was decorated beautifully and all rooms were very comfortable. We loved the Christmas tree and decorations - made it feel like a home away from home! We had one night where some kids were outside making a lot of noise and we were able to contact our representative and they helped us handle the situation quickly. This is a great unit for families with plenty of beds and bathrooms, short walking distance to downtown St. Ives and many restaurants. Could not ask for better! Thank you!

A very nice property, clean and tidy and no issues other than the wifi which did not work.
The house was fine and we would rate at 9 out of 10
But the internet on arrival was not working and even though Matt attempted a repair this was not the best and caused issues.
We were told there was internet issues the week before and when pushed they then came back to say the internet provider has cancelled the contract and there was no internet. There is no phone signal inside the property and normally we would connect to the internet to boost the signal that could not be done. So we could not book restaurants on line or call anyone from inside the house. We are also trying to complete a house sale and we were awaiting important information.
I called and e-mailed numerous occasions and to be honest i don't think anyone was that interested.

Unfortunately a bit of a disappointment
We stayed with 6 adults and 3 small children. The location is great and beds very comfortable however overall we were disappointed and would not stay again. The main problem was a strong damp smell downstairs. The booking agent claimed we were the first to mention this but I have since seen it mention on several other reviews. There were around 6 or 7 air fresheners placed around the area trying to cover up the smell but they unfortunately didn't help. Inside the kitchen cupboards smelt damp and musty and there were some areas that clearly just had not been cleaned from the last guests.
The property is not ideal for young children or anyone with mobility issues - open stairs and wobbly furniture that could be pulled over. The '4th bedroom' is a very small space at the top of the landing with two single beds and no door (this is as described on the website, I admit we hadn't read that bit properly!). The hot tub/outdoor space can only be accessed by going through one of the bedrooms
