Excellent views and lovely apartment
We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again.

Paradise in St.Ives
our stay in St. Ives was amazing. Mostly due to this beautiful flat. It was clean, stocked and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The location was perfect, since we did not have a vehicle. Only a 10-minute walk to town. We highly recommend this flat. We will be back for sure.

Great property with amazing view
This property was fab for three generations of our family. Amazing view out to the harbour from the living room. Very clean, all the little touches you need. 5 minutes up the steps from town or a bit longer if steps aren't your thing.

Wonderful Apartment
We had a wonderful stay....... the views are spectacular, apartment very clean and has everything that you may need for a stay. We had excellent communication with Scott the owner. He was very accomodating in our arrival date. Like others have mentioned the steps up and down into St Ives are steep. (Allows you to burn off some pastie calories.)

What a lovely place exactly as the description describes with amazing views to boot. I shared with friends as we were attending a wedding. This was my first time visiting st Ives and it is lovely, the location was great for us too as the church was just down the steps ( they are very steep) but you wouldn’t have the lovely view of both st Ives and it’s harbour without being that little bit higher up. The apartment was very well equipped, with all that you would need, in the kitchen pots pans plates and cutlery etc and the little added extra of (if you didn’t want to cook takeout menus). Great communication between myself and the host and even recommendations to all that surrounded the apartment, and places to eat and all you needs to know for stay at the property. I would definitely return thank you

Great views, but needs a refresh as feels tired
The property has amazing views and is in a good location (yes, it’s up a hill, but it’s essentially two big flights of stairs). There’s a good amount of space in the flat and it’s peaceful. But, the carpets need to be changed (almost everyone had a large stain or just generally worn), we had no hot water the first morning (but Scott was excellent getting this fixed), bizarrely no tea towel or bath floor mat (probably missed by cleaning team) and misleading photos (both balconies are communal (I assume) and by communal front door on ground floor.

Wonderful views of St Ives harbour from a great apartment
A very nice apartment with fantastic views of the harbour and St Ives. The property is very close to the centre but it is up a lot of steps on the way back. So we found taxis and the park and ride bus useful (as my daughter was on crutches) We really enjoyed staying at the property and being local to all of St Ives’ attraction

Although the climb from St Ives is fairly steep, the property overlooks the centre of St Ives and offers easy access to it and the beaches. Comfortable and well appointed flat on first floor. Overall really good accommodation.

fabulous views and a great location with parking
We had a great time in this property. The views from the lounge are to die for and the flat was plenty big enough for a family of four with teenage/adult 6ft plus children. We found it very difficult to book tables in restaurants, even phoning a week before we went, so in the end we used the well socked kitchen much more than we were expecting and ate at the open air BBQ Gin Bar, or had chips, bot located on the beach, which was only a 10 min walk from the house. The access into town is very, very, very steep, but that just meant we all got lots more exercise, which was much needed to shift those extra post-lockdown pounds! I would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return some time soon.

Good base in St Ives but need to be fairly fit due to location at the top of a hill overlooking St Ives harbour. Advise booking any restaurants prior to your stay as all were booked up for evening meals when we arrived!

Before arrival we were given comprehensive information about the rental and area from the owner Scott, which was so useful. The location is amazing, such spectacular views over St Ives and across to Godrevy. Interior is beautifully decorated and well furnished to give a most comfortable stay. Just a 10 minute walk down steps into town and an aerobic steep walk back. A bus is available in town to the nearby Trenwith car park. Loved being back in Cornwall and hope to return to this lovely appartment in the future

Well equipped and tidy apartment with stunning views over St Ives. Loved by our young family of 5. 5 minute walk down the steps into the town. The walk back up keeps you fit and healthy but our 3 year old easily managed to do it each day.

The perfect location for a holiday in st Ives, the view from the lounge is stunning. Cleanliness of the property was top marks, good size rooms through out the apartment. 2 bathrooms was great too. Parking for 2 cars, and a beautiful patio to enjoy the summer nights looking out to the sea. Scott was very good with communication. Will definitley stay again in the future.

This three bed apartment was a lovely place to spend a week in St Ives. The weather wasn’t the best being October so to have the chance to just sit and relax and look at the beautiful views was very welcome! The location is very good too as its also just a short walk into town itself. Communication from Scott was detailed and accurate. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Very enjoyable was expecting a balcony on our apartment but they where down and out annoying when you want to sit and have dinner ! I struggled with stairs down to town as I am very asthmatic! Although there is a bus ! We had a really good time and would rebook again for next year!

The apartment has all you’ll need for a relaxing break with great views. Note there are a lot of steps but you can get the local bus up the hill for £1. We walked up/down, it certainly helps burn off the holiday treats!

Really loved this luxury apartment in St Ives, we had a blast there. Amazing view of St Ives, which is a 8 min walk away downhill (and great fitness coming back uphill). Everything you need is there for a week's stay, even during these crazy COVID affected times. Would happily return every year!

Fantastic base for your St Ives visit!
Absolute top notch accommodation in every respect. Roomy, spotless, classy fittings and fixtures, beds and pillows so comfortable, one of the best holiday lets we have ever stayed in. Be aware that St Ives is very hilly, so walking anywhere can be tiring, but this apartment is the place to recover and relax. Stunning sea views are the icing on the cake. Wonderfully equipped and brilliantly located apartment sitting just above St Ives town with views to die for across the harbour and bay out to Godrevy lighthouse. Stunning St Ives
This was a fabulous holiday in an impeccably clean apartment. The property was easy to find, parking was easy, key safe was easily accessed and apartment is stunning, in fact, the photos do not do it justice! The bedrooms are all of ample size with super comfy beds and adequate storage. The bathroom was large with bath and shower over. The en-suite had a powerful shower. Kitchen was well equipped. The lounge is beautifully appointed with a floor to ceiling window to frame the St Ives harbour-just stunning anytime of day but especially in the evening when the lights illuminate the harbour! Be aware that it is at the top of the hill and numerous steps are between the apartment and the town, but it’s a great excuse to eat more down there!😁 Book this place with confidence 👍🏻

Amazing view and comfort
We just got back from 2 weeks in St. Ives and couldn’t say enough about what a fantastic time we had! The condo is situated above the town and overlooking the harbor and ocean. While this meant that we had to go up and down several stairways to get to and from the harbor, the view was well worth it! And, it took only 5-10 minutes walk to everything. When we arrived, everything was as stated in the description and Scott had even provided Cornish tea and scones with clotted cream and jam. He was easy to communicate with throughout our stay and very responsive, asking if we wanted fresh linens and making arrangements for beds to be changed midway through our stay. We have 2 kids that also wanted to thank Scott for his hospitality. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again!
