I don't ever review and this could actually be the first time I have. 3 Sandy Lane apartment met all of our expectations. Very clean, great location, easy parking, furnished to a high standard, everything and more for a holiday away from home.

Holiday in Carbis Bay
Been here several times and never disappointed with the accommodation. Always a pleasure to open the door and see the apartment and what it has to offer. Bed very comfortable. Enough storage space for your clothes. Kitchen has everything you need but the table could be a little bigger for a family of four. Settee comfortable for a short while, Bathroom good, but the shower assembly is loose and is in danger of falling off the wall. Could do with a heated mirror as it gets steamed up very quickly. Bathroom towels lovely and thick. Parking on a slope but enough space between cars. Overall a very nice apartment however we will not be returning next year as the price has been increased by 17% even though the current inflation rate is around 2%.

Beautiful well thought out apartment
This apartment is modern and very well equipped even down to good quality hairdryers and the little touches of luxury with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The owners have clearly thought about all you would want and more. It even has an excellent sound system! Having Netflix was an attraction for us although the Internet connection wouldn't allow us to benefit from this.
We found it very comfortable and really didn't want to leave. With the washer dryer I could have easily been prepared to stay another week had it not been booked up!
