85 Back Road East is a Grade II listed fishermen's cottage in popular Downalong. Only a few steps away from the Harbour and a few minutes walk to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, the Tate and Fore Street.

An ideal location for couples and families to enjoy St Ives.

At the front of the cottage is a small courtyard to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

There is a cosy lounge with a gas fire, furnished with a sofa, two relaxing chairs and a Smart TV/DVD, together with a large selection of games, films and books.

The kitchen/diner has a stable door onto St Eia Street. It is very well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There are outside chairs and a selection of beach equipment in the hallway cupboard.

There is a large double bedroom at the front of the cottage with a king size bed and views over the rooftops. There is smaller bedroom to the rear with 2ft 6" bunk beds.

Access Statement – 85 Back Road East is accessed via one step into the courtyard, followed by another two steps into the property. Inside there are two steps down into the kitchen. The flight of stairs to the second floor is narrow.
