Encompassing the first floor of a traditional granite building and all on one level, this light and airy apartment has stunning views over the rooftops to the Harbour and out across St Ives Bay. This stylish holiday home is also close to the golden sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, and the delights of the St Ives art scene. 3 Victoria House is the ideal destination for a break in Cornwall with family, friends or a romantic getaway in Downalong, St Ives all year round.
The bright open plan sitting/kitchen/dining area is light and sunny with tasteful furnishings and two windows overlooking Smeaton’s Pier and the Harbour. The sitting room area having a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker and window seat to enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the glorious harbour view. The kitchen area is well equipped, with an induction hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and slimline dishwasher. The dining table seats up to four guests.
The master bedroom is airy and bright with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. The window also has a view across rooftops to Smeaton’s Pier and Godrevy. The second bedroom is a twin room with one single bed, plus an elevated bed with a ladder. Ideal for children. The shower room has a glass cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and lovely shuttered window.

Great location, goodish veiws, clean, good shower, telly could have been a bit bigger as could the bed but I realise there probably isn't enough room for a bigger one,Wi Fi was useless
Overall the property was well placed, clean and fulfilled all our needs. The shower was good, hot water plentiful and the welcome pack very much appreciated. I was, however disappointed that having had a cleaning team in prior to releasing the apartment to us that we were expected to collect all the rubbish in the wheelie bin plus an extra bag and move it for the rubbish collection the next day when NONE of the rubbish was ours.
Could not the cleaners have taken it up to the collection point by the Olive Cafe?
