Located in a quiet location in a secluded courtyard near Harbour Beach and the 15th century St Ia Church, 3 Redfern Court is a hidden gem. It is just a minute's walk from the harbour itself and is near the main hub of St Ives. With a rare outside seating area in the courtyard and only a short walk to all the local beaches, restaurants and pubs, this lovely ground floor apartment is ideal for families and couples alike.
Ground floor Kitchen. This room has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Sitting room / diner. With a settee, 2 easy chairs, TV, DVD and dining table and chairs for 4. Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2. Two single bunk beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bathroom: Shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside in the courtyard, there is a small seating area with a bench and 2 directors chairs. Redfern Court is accessed up 8 external stone steps, off St Andrews Street on the right, just after St Ia Church and Memorial Gardens. There is no parking with this ground floor apartment but the nearest council-owned car park is at St Ives Staton, just 5 minutes' walk away. Gas fired central heating and a convector fire.
