With spectacular sea views and just a short walk to the stunning Carbis Bay Beach, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The open-plan living room with sliding doors to its balcony, superbly showcases views over the bay, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. There's a lovely twin bedroom (with its own en-suite) which has access onto a private sea-facing balcony, and a second bedroom featuring a double bed and floor to ceiling windows, with two armchairs perfectly placed tor savouring the sea views. The apartment also offers a dining area where guests can enjoy meals together, and a family bathroom with a bathtub.

Spend your days down on the sand and in the water, explore the coastline, then unwind with sundowners on the balcony before watching a movie together. At the front of the development, the beautifully landscaped shared gardens offer stunning views of the sparkling Carbis Bay waters. The lush lawn is bordered by wild grasses and palm trees, creating a peaceful retreat. Just 5 minutes from your doorstep, the South West Coast Path invites exploration, while the beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Ideal for outdoor adventures, the sheltered bay has something for everyone, whether it’s building sandcastles, wading in the shallows, or enjoying stand-up paddle-boarding and kayak safaris. A short walk will take you to St Ives, where you can wander through streets lined with galleries, browse boutique shops, and enjoy a seafood lunch beside the harbour. It’s a 30-minute stroll along the South West Coast Path or a 5-minute drive. Alternatively, hop on Carbis Bay’s charming single-track railway and take in the fabulous coastal views.

We ask our guests for a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Lovely view and apartment

We enjoyed our stay and found it very convenient having the secure carpark, big and well equipped kitchen, view of the sea, and easy access to St Ives. Lovely apartment.
