Bathroom with electric shower over the bath, wash basin, wc, mirror with light . Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge areas. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, leading to Dining area, then into Lounge area with stunning views across the harbour to Porthminster Beach, 43" Smart TV, DVD player and 2 x 3ft cabinets housing pull down beds.


    Changeover Day: Saturday.

    Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

    Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

    Baby Equipment: None provided.

    Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.
