Overlooking 'Market Place' in the centre of town this apartment offers comfortable accommodation, perfectly situated for couples that enjoy eating out, walking or just relaxing with a book.
From the communal hallway there are 33 steps to the second floor. The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a sofa bed (for alternative sleeping arrangements) TV, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and sea glimpses to enjoy. The shower room is fitted with a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail and 4ft 6" bed in the bedroom.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No Pets. WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. This is a second floor apartment reached by two flights of stairs from a communal entrance. Please note : The new fire alarm system is going to be tested each week on a Friday afternoon - just as an FYI.
