Find a Great Motel St Helens

"Friendly and accommodating when we need to leave the car prior to an event and before check in at 3pm. Breakfast was reasonable and part of a deal booked through Expedia. When asked for fresh items, provided these. Had gf options also for breakfast. Reception open 24 hours but no out of hours food options on our return on Sunday as advertised or informed. Bar available and reasonably priced. Have used the same hotel when visiting area before and would happily return."

"Facilities good but no staff very impersonal. No check in desk just sent a PIN number via e mail to access the accommodation Had to speak to t bar staff downstairs. For advice No lift allocated a room on the second floor had to lug heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs no body to help us . Would not stay here again"

"Windows broken and nailed shut, room was very hot, unable to sleep. No fridge. nailed boards onto the walls. Room was dirty and needed refurbishment in all areas of the room. I wouldnt stay again"

"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."
