"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."

"Location is outstanding. Communication with host was terrible, never answered texts & slow with emails. Property was not fully cleaned upon arrival and host acted like it was normal. No trash bags or paper towels were on site. Host asked us to clean the property when we left. The incredible location was overshadowed by the lack of support from the host. Having traveled to over 10 foreign countries and over 1,000,000 airline miles I’m well traveled and was treated with total disrespect. This experience was a major disappointment. Kevin Sullivan "
