"Le studio est idéalement situé, à la fois proche de la gare et du centre-ville, et très bien équipé. Il y fait frais l'été, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable pendant les vagues de chaleur. Soizick est une hôte adorable, toujours aux petits soins et qui veille à résoudre tout problème le plus rapidement possible."

"Très bien située, mais avec pas mal de passage ( rue qui relie le centre ville et le clos Lucé)et donc un peu bruyant. La maison est plaisante et agréable à vivre. Les petits plus (thé, café, liquide vaisselle, etc) ont été très appréciés. La chambre troglodyte est splendide mais très humide, avec une odeur de champignons persistante même après plusieurs jours d’aération."

"Good location, delicious complimentary breakfast with freshly baked lemon loaf one morning, assortment of fruit, cheese, breads, pastries. Appreciated the AC and clean room. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Stairs only, no elevator. Close walk to chateau amboise and chateau du clos. Would stay again."

"great location and overall a very nice property. Unfortunately, it seemed the host was not experienced, as many minor items were problematic. We arrived in record heat. No greeting at the home. We had groceries, and the refrigerator was unplugged. Only one fan for a three story, four bedroom home. The top floor rooms were uninhabitable. No trash bins in the house. Coffee pods did not fit coffee maker. Advertised that a car could park in the back, but due to placement of bollards, it was impossible to get a car in the courtyard. Sticky handles on cabinet in kitchen above the stove. No ice cube trays. Almost no drinking glasses. Wifi instructions were missing. No laundry detergent. Host was unavailable, and his assistant was impolite. No dishwasher soap. Drawer in kitchen wouldn't close. Front door (which would have opened on to the Loire River) was locked, without a key. Ants at the back door after it rained, with no bug spray in the house. It seemed like we may have been the first people to rent the house."

"We stayed here for 2 nights during the June heat wave. The property was interesting, in that it is a bunch of “cottages” that are connected like triplex. There is a pool and laundry facilities on site. Our cottage was clean, and efficient. The only drawback was no air conditioning. With the bedroom upstairs, it was unbearable. We ended up bringing the mattresses downstairs to sleep. Having the pool was fantastic. The location was handy for exploring the beautiful area."
