"We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a large car park so really convenient for Cardiff city centre. "
"Stayed here for 1 night so I could attend an Alice Cooper concert. The hotel was ideally located in the city centre, close to shops, bars and restaurants and a short walk from the concert venue.
The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, clean and tidy. Most importantly it had a kettle with tea and coffee.
I will definitely stay here again when i return to Cardiff"
