Hotel was generally pretty clean but it felt unloved in certain areas . Great parking and a great location . Easy walk to Cardiff Bay and into the centre of Cardiff . Breakfast was good although it could have been a bit warmer .

Lovely clean comfortable stay My only criticism is that I ordered a curry which should have come with a mango yogurt and was very rudely told when I asked for it if I haven’t got it I can’t give it to you… !! Also coffee machines were empty at breakfast and not replenished

Really nice place to stay. A little out the centre but easily reachable with a fifteen minute walk. Comfortable, clean and all staff very friendly. Breakfast was spot on too, very good selection of hot and cold options to suit most. We had a room facing the water which was nice, although a tad noisy from the road the other side. Both deep sleepers so not an issue but just something to be wary of. Definitely good value!

Very clean and staff are fantastic. It is not in the downtown area which was fine for us but it is a walk into town if you’re travelling without a vehicle.

Room was clean and adequate for our needs. Disappointed with the breakfast, no vegetarian options, I asked for two fried eggs and was told they didn’t offer fried eggs. Would I use them again ! Shame as the location was perfect.
