"Ambience was just as shown in the pics. The kids loved it. The pool was great. Great location for the parks. Tons of Mr Coffee coffee filters left over from other guests. As many have said, no washcloths. No tissues. One tiny roll of paper towels. One hair dryer. Limited number of drinking glasses. Could use some bleach in the showers. Limited towels. Beds comfortable enough. No dresser or shelves in all but the ‘master’ bedroom (small bedside tables in every bedroom). I would stay again."

Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. "It’s Spring Break and we were ready to have some fun. With myself and my teenager along with a friend and her two boys, this property was the perfect place to stay. "We stayed the last two weeks of March 2024. We were a group of 8, ranging from 2 years to 71 years. The house was exactly as described - everyone loved it. The kids loved the games tables and the swimming pool and the adults loved the spa and the space everyone had. The resort is lovely and the location is perfect. We were there during Easter and Spring Break but never had any issues with the traffic and found getting to the Disney parks was really straightforward. Excellent communication with...

"What a great home to enjoy! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. We did most of our eating at home and this kitchen was perfect! We were disappointed with their inflexibility in checkout. Due to our flight schedule it would have been very nice to have a late check out and they would not allow that. Also the pool was smaller than it looked in pictures. Good for little kids but not so much for older ones"

"We loved this property. It was a perfect price point for our week long visit. It had everything we needed and more. We made many new family memories here. We had no issues connecting with a live person when we were in need of something or had a question. We loved it! Yahtzee is now a new family favorite and we will remeber playing it together for years to come!!"

"Loved the condo! 2 bed/2 bath, spacious and spotless. All the comforts of home. There is a shuttle to the World Marriott which has lots of dining/bar options along with two Starbucks. The Sabal Palms has a lovely pool area, a little mini market with the essentials and then some. Room is fully equipped and comes with a starter set of coffee/tea/creamer/sugar. We were 10-15 mins from all the parks and used Lyft to get back and forth, all very easy. "

We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay. "I’ll start off by saying the house is beautiful and very clean. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but the time we were there we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool was clean and very warm. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth it, especially for night swims. We did not use the grill or the recreational room, but everything seemed ti be in place and taken care of. My only minor complaint would be there was only one trash bag for our entire stay. We filled it up on our first night....
