The valet team set the tone with warm greetings and top-notch service every time we pulled up. Anton at the lobby bar was incredible — friendly, attentive, and made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. At Delfinos Italian Chophouse, Graham provided impeccable service and made dinner feel like a true fine dining experience. Vince at the Ocean Grille was just as outstanding, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect while bringing great energy to the table. It’s rare to find a resort where everyone genuinely cares about your experience, but Hammock Beach delivers exactly that. We can’t wait to come back! "

"We had a room that was side facing the ocean and quite a long walk from the elevator. After my husband talked to the manager about his heart condition and how much trouble he was having getting to the room, the manager went above and beyond and moved us to a room closer to the elevator with a better view. All the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was so much less stress on my husband and a great way to celebrate our 46th anniversary! "
