This is an older facility and I loved it A taste of old St Augustine. Staff was seen constantly checking the property, scooping up even leaves that blew in, talking with guests and delivering extra supplies. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staying at the Flagger Inn was the best part of my visit to St. Augustine.

Easy and fast check-in/out. Staff was nice and helpful. The stay includes breakfast, although it needs to improve the variety. The room was ok, but the floor was dirty, you couldn’t walk on your bare feet without getting them black and dirty. Also, the only put 2 towels for 3 guests in a 3 night stay, not enough. Parking included, that’s a plus. Not far from the center, 10min drive.

Staff nice and super helpful. Anything I requested, they helped with a friendly service. For the room, I’d give 3 stars. Cabinets were a bit dusty, some towels were old and yellow. Shower curtain needs to be washed and bleach. However being a pet friendly room, it smelled great and fresh. Thank you!

Picked for location but turned out wrong. Place is at a major traffic intersection. Plus there was a railroad crossing across the street. 3 or 4 trains a night. Loud car's passing by. Big mistake no one mentioned this in prior reviews. Room was comfortable and clean. Asked for quick cleaning 2nd of 3 day stay they never showed up!

Excellent stay! Everyone was nice and friendly, the room was clean and a nice size, breakfast was accommodating. Perfect location close to downtown and everything you could need within close proximity. Would stay here again!

It was good for what me and my partner needed during our time in St. Aug. The room was clean for the most part, the shower needed a good scrub, but the bed and linens were clean and we would stay again.

The description of the property is not honest. For instance, they make it seem that there are activities or favorable surroundings for family/ friends. However, the game room was non-existing. I did like that it was pet-friendly (that is about it). The service was good.

Front desk crew were friendly. Room was clean and organized well. No sketchy bed spread. The phone in the room did not work, but we were not in the room enough for that to matter. The breakfast is well, included, but if you want to enjoy a hardy breakfast? You will have to find a local place for that. It's far enough away from the downtown area that you will drive closer then park. Or Uber or find a park and ride van . It's not hard to get around. I have stayed here before, I would stay here again. Enjoy!

We did ask for an early check-in and was allowed to check-in at 2:15 instead of 3 pm. The room was cleanish. The shower area needs a lot of TLC or a total re-do. When we returned to the room after 10pm and were getting out of the shower when we noticed that there was only one full sized towel. It was rather cold that night and there was no extra comforter in the room so I took the entire sheet set off the extra bed for extra cover. The heater finally caught up some time during the night. The coffee was just brown water (one creamer turned the cup white) in the very sparse breakfast. I will not be staying here again. I will opt for a different hotel.
