Discover a unique getaway experience in the charming locale of historic Summer Haven, where Sand Euro welcomes you to its three-story haven. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal, this vibrant beach house is just a block away from the ocean, 0.5 miles to the renowned Matanzas Inlet Bridge for excellent fishing, a short drive to beautiful sandy beaches, and a mere 15 miles from the historic city of St. Augustine.

Our guests both young and old (including the owners and their grandchildren) have enjoyed the 2, walkable, publicly maintained beach accesses...there is a short, sometimes rocky path, depending upon the tides, leading from Old A1A, over the breakwater, to beautiful, uncrowded Summer Haven beaches. If you prefer stairs or a ramp to the beach there are 2 driveable, public beaches within 1.1 to 2.5 miles from the Sand Euro.

Walkable: 2 publicly maintained beach access points, one north and one south, that are .3 miles from the Sand Euro; and
Drivable: Fort Matanzas Beach access 1.1 miles to the North and Jubbah Beach 2.5 miles to the south.

Relax under the sunshine, feel the ocean breezes, and take in the spectacle of surfers riding waves on the nearby Atlantic. With three bedrooms featuring ensuite baths, a kid-friendly bunk room, and a top-floor kitchen and living area with decks, Sand Euro offers a perfect setting for quick getaways, extended holidays, romantic escapes, or memorable gatherings with family and friends.

The house is bathed in sunlight and equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay. Spread out in the ample space or cozy up for a quiet evening after a day at the beach. Play Ping-Pong, cornhole, or bocce ball, and prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen with updated appliances.
The main gathering area on the third level boasts an open-concept design with a walk-in pantry, a gas grill on the balcony, and a large rustic dining table for family meals. Comfortable seating, including couches and love seats, surrounds the large TV, offering a perfect spot to unwind with free WiFi. A deck off the living area provides a charming outdoor dining space.

Bedrooms:
Upscale private bedroom retreats are located on the first and second levels. The first floor features a second primary bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a TV. Additionally, find a front-load washer/dryer and a fenced yard on this level.

The middle floor hosts three bedrooms: a California king primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and an attached deck, a queen bedroom with an ensuite full bath, and the playful "Bunk Room" accommodating four kids with a twin bed and bunk bed with trundle.

Outside, enjoy ample parking, a covered carport, and a shed stocked with beach essentials. An updated, enclosed yard ensures privacy, and an outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

- 2 dogs welcome in this home but breed & weight must be approved before booking. There is a nonrefundable pet fee.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

-To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
