It was a great place to stay. Wonderful breakfasts & the the people super nice & attentive to my needs. My only complaint is with the air conditioning. I was in an upstairs room in a separate building & it was a bit warm for sleeping. It had a ceiling fan that helped but still was too warm for me.

This is a nice Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and the host was gracious and friendly. I did not find the beds comfortable, but otherwise it was clean and affordable

I should have looked at the reviews closer. We stayed in the suite. We had the same issues as another person. The carpet in the room was disgusting! It was so dirty. The first room with the bed was okay but the second room had the disgusting carpet, the furniture was old, and the bathroom was really bad. A towel rod that was broken off but still on the walls, chipped off paint and the shower was renovated but not the floor of the shower, also very old. Overall the location is great! However, we would never stay there again because of the cleanliness. Also, staff was not there 8:00 am-6:00 pm daily. We had to search for more toilet paper in the main house lol.

Staff friendly. Breakfast was great. Location phenomenal. Place needs some upkeep. Our room carpet was appaling. White areas were grey. Near/under bed was still white. I cant believe the owners would actually leave a carpet that bad. Bathroom was terrible. Because our room was so bad..not up to B&B standatds that i would not recommend this place.

the place was just right for us. The place as nice, clean and the staff was so very friendly. The breakfasts were very tasty and i was very impressed with the presentation. they put a lot of time in to making breakfast special. i only have one complaint and it doesn't seem fair, but being on the first floor with people above means hearing footsteps and noise when the upstairs neighbors decide to come home at whatever hour. so, stay up stairs and you'll have a perfect visit.

Charming B&B
Charming B&B - it was our first time staying at a Bed & Breakfast and it did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly, our room was very spacious and the furnishings were a bit more modern than the decor of the rest of the home (which I didn’t mind). The best part of it all was the breakfast service. It was deliciously homemade. Would definitely return with my partner.

Location and Breakfast
The location was great... off the beaten path, but close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The breakfast was wonderful too! Only complaint was the bed - was very loud when moving at all - i ended up putting a small pillow between the box spring and the base of the bed that was a huge help!

The staff was friendly, helpful, attentive. Breakfasts were great. The property is attractive. In a quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to everything. Excellent parking. Our room was the smallest in the place, and slightly cramped. I would try for a larger room in the future, but would definitely be back if in the area.

Quiet gem in the heart of the city.
The property was very neat & clean. The outside courtyard was wonderful for peaceful rest. We ate our lunch there. This is a very quiet location to get away from the hectic and sometimes loud sounds of the town. The only drawback is there is no inside space in the main house to sit or read a book. The dining room is lovely, the breakfast was delicious and you are served breakfast on china plates w/ cloth napkins.

Peace and Plenty is close to the historic district of St. Augustine. Despite the central location, it is charming and “peaceful “. Our room was small but ok for one night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. My only complaint was an artificial odor (? room freshener) which bothered me during the night.

An incredible B and B next to Flagler College. Walking distance to historic downtown. Located on a quiet street.
