Staff were great. Enjoyed the venue. However since I only stayed 3 or the 4 nights I booked I would have thought I might receive a refund or credit for the final night. I was very sick and had to leave suddenly, so just left my key in the box as there were no staff on site at that time.

The weather was sunny and warm which is unusual for the 1st week of October and St Andrews was alive with tourists. The staff at Kennedy House was friendly and attentive, this is a great place to stay.

Actually easily found a parking place. Very neat and an excellent place to see. You can walk from here to all the stores and water. Check in was the easiest I've seen in years. Room was very clean and cozy. Loved the building .

The staff were great! So friendly and welcoming. They were the best part of the stay. The over all quality of the room/ restaurant could be improved, especially considering the price. I feel what you’re paying for is the location, which is great! you can easily walk to everything with ease.

It is a beautiful building but needs a lot of TLC. Staff were friendly. A local made a comment about this place and I believe that’s very accurate. The Kennedy House is Tired!

We had a great time. The staff was great. Our room was ok. The age showed but it was clean and very comfortable. They had an amazing balcony you could sit at in the 2nd floor that over looked the main road. Also, the restaurant was great. Our meals were very good.

Kennedy house is central and walkable to most of the sites and things to do in Saint Andrews. We met Mo who manages the house as well as pouring a pint or making a delicious cocktail. He shared the history of the place and made us feel very welcome. The place is clean, quiet and easily accessible. We definitely recommend staying here as we plan to next trip there!!

What a lovely historic building. The rooms were unique and the one we had was super spacious for three of us. The carpet could use some updating but was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Love that this spot was a hotel/bar/restaurant as we went at the end of their season so the town was close to shutting down. Dinner was reasonable and quite tasty, service was good. Bar was nice with a big area to watch sports and you are close to all shops and the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again and can only imagine the hustle and bustle of this town during peak season!!
