"Located in the commercial district- well maintained, very courteous staff and good food!"

"Nice hotel with great staff!"

"Nice hotel for a quick stay Clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was good. Service can be better as my request for soap never got fulfilled. I just did not bother after no one attended to it. "

"It is a very new property, which is right opposite the railway station, and is very nicely done.It was more than what I expected with facilities matching international standards."

"It was a decent family room which can easily accommodate 4 persons. The major advantage is that this property is has a vegeterian hotel (Geetha Hotel) where we get variety of vegeterian food stuffs which are tasty and hygienic. I would say that this hotel (Sibi Lodge) was nice and affordable at this location."

"Good staff Nice service"

"Room was clean but the bedsheets were showing spots. Bathroom ok . Clean "

"House keeping was good. Rooms and washroom were clean and tidy."

"I booked this at last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staffs were helpful through out the stay and on calls before the stay. Gave us a nice useful upgrade that gave us a comfortable stay for the night. The breakfast was also good. It’s a place I can comeback on future stays in Coimbatore"

"Clean rooms, small walk to NSR road, polite and helpful staff, business friendly"

"Nice hotel, enjoyed"

"The location is convenient close to the train station. Friendly staff.Walls need a coat of painting to give fresh look. "

"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"The rooms were not clean and washroom was not cleaned at all. The breakfast options were very limited. "

"The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. "

"Not bad "

"We booked A/C rooms based on the very clean and upscale photos the property had posted on all online sites, however when we got there the address didn't even have a PPH Railotel property. Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s. The hot water in the rooms were only available for the morning hours of 6-10am, so we could not even use the room to refresh ourselves after checking in! The sheets were stained, and there were no bath...

"Don’t believe the room photos "
