"It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! Staff could have been more responsive but I am happy they helped me how they could have done. It is well located btw close to shops and bus stand. "

"Simple but good facility. If you are good with “not fancy” you will be fine with this. Clean rooms, clean sheets, thoughtful - toiletries, toilet paper etc. Not your shiny Holiday Inn but quite adequate. Booked via Expedia, check in was quick. Restaurant downstairs has mixed menu - vegetarian and non-vegetarian if it matters. There is a A2B right around the corner. "

"Everything was awesome. Only internet did not work here at all. Given that the trip was for 1 night only, I managed using the cell-phone data. Tried reaching front desk several times, they used to give a new credential each time that worked for few mins ALSO only 1 device, 1 user. In this world of IOT what does 1 device 1 user do?

"The hotel is in gandhipuram, which is a good/central area. The hotel was clean and staff was largely helpful. But the wifi in my room did not work for 3.5 days out of the 4 days that I stayed there. It was very difficult to do my work, with such a wifi situation. Also, there was no laundry service available in the hotel. This made it difficult to get my clothes cleaned, while staying there.
