"The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. "

Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s. The hot water in the rooms were only available for the morning hours of 6-10am, so we could not even use the room to refresh ourselves after checking in! The sheets were stained, and there were no bath...
