"Fantastic place! We stayed in the hotel part of the resort - our apartment was big (even though it was the standard size) and it was spotless. The kitchen had all the plates, cups, and utensils etc you could need, and there was a washer and dryer with detergent. We loved the many USB ports all over the apartment to charge phones etc. Bathroom had a fantastic shower and was also spotless. The only minor issue we had was that there isn't a lot of hanging space for longer clothes. If you have any longer dresses, I'd recommend bringing your own coat hangers and use the hooks rather than the rail, but as I said.. minor issue. The staff are lovely, the pool is nice, the pub was popular (cooled with fans which was great) and the food was good. We will happily book this again next time we're in the keys!"

"Location is good. Close to Key West with a comparatively affordable price. Would be nice if they had a beach for swimming. Facilities also need some uplifting. "

"This house is in a great location, quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed, space and amenities. Rodney was quick to respond and very accommodating. We would stay again. "

"The pictures we received at the time we rented this property were grossly misrepresented.We were told it was a gated property. When we pulled up, the gate waa wide open..it did not work at all.The main door to enter the house locked; however, there were two other doors that were wide open when we entered as the locks were broken.It is advertised as having a hot tub and heated pool. When we arrived, we were informed it was not a hot tub but a spillover into the pool. The thermostat on the pool said 104, but the water temperature waa 70 degrees.The outside of the property has been poorly taken care of. Broken chairs near the pool, mildew buildup on the fence, trash everywhere, and black mold on the "extra" apartment on the property. The house is advertised to sleep 10 and said the couch opened up into a bed. The couch does not open up. There werent even 10 chairs to sit on or 10 forks to eat from.We would not stay here again."

The well-equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, spices and oils made cooking in easy with everything needed at hand. The spacious main living area adjacent to the kitchen was great for family gatherings. And the jumbo TV was a bonus we all enjoyed. The house was clean, beds comfy, and updated bathrooms appreciated. The downstairs living area was great as we all had space to unwind without feeling cramped. The stunning view and sunsets were enjoyed in the private, resort-like setting. The kayaks and paddle boards were used and enjoyed. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and relaxing. Sharing the place with family was special as we all have great memories! We'll be back! "

"We stayed for an entire month and were not ready to leave when it was over. So many things to love; location, privacy, security, proximity to Key West (close, but not too close) and plenty of space for the whole family. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, fishing off the dock, and walking to Baby’s Coffee most mornings. There are so many distinct areas of the property; the tiki hut, the pool, the deck, the dock, and we enjoyed every space. Communication with Cristian was fantastic, both prior to and throughout the trip. Information about the house was complete, everything well marked, and he responded nearly immediately when we reached out. He even contacted us proactively when the power went out briefly to several Keys. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of our favorites. We are already discussing dates for our next visit. "The Online Property Manager almost pushed us to ask for a refund by telling us about loud dock construction between the hours of 10am -2pm every day immediately after he secured our final payment for the trip. Thankfully Tom who is the onsite manager was amazing and had the construction stopped for the duration of our stay. He gave us endless local knowledge, help, and let us borrow a cooler and some of his personal equipment. Everything was clean and wonderful on the property and it was stocked with fun amenities.The trip would be perfect if not for the sargassum which made the first 4-5 feet of the water rather foul but after that it was amazing to kayak or paddleboard on. If we revisit we will definitely go earlier when there is less of the sargassum, as well as hopefully a completed new dock that should be great for swimming and avoiding the sargassum altogether. Overral the food in the keys, the house, the views, and the wonderful host Tom made this trip a wonderful get away. "

"We had a fantastic stay in August! The location was perfect—right on the water, with kayaks available. The bedrooms were comfortable and all had great views. Our favorite place was the tiki for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It was the first vacation we had in a few years, and relaxation was fulfilled by the Hemingway House and Key West!We did spend some time figuring out the HVAC system. One thermostat seemed to be the main one while the second acted as a satellite."
