"Staff was friendly. Beds comfortable, AC worked well. It is a no frills hotel but for one night it worked out well. Price was right, pool seemed nice although we did not use it many were. Breakfast is your normal hotel findings and great if you have children, personally not for me except some yogurt but nice they offer it."

"The newer owners have been working on the property. The owner/ manager went out of her way to accommodate us, offering our choice between two rooms to better suit our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If your looking for fancy, this may not be the place, but for a comfy, quiet stay, come on in."

"House is wonderful for couples. Super-comfy bed, nice couch, plenty of kitchen area to work in. We stayed in this area to be near Durango and the Durango/Silverton train, but not in the middle of everything."
